How to Join Clubs Day The best way to join is to come along to the stand at Clubs' Day.
This is where you pay your membership fee and get all the relevant information. Clubs' Day takes on Tuesday 18 September and the club's stand is set up in Aras Na McLeinn, beside the Student Sports Centre.
What if I miss Clubs' Day? If you miss this day, get in touch with any of the committee members and they'll tell you everything you need to know. They can be contacted by private messaging (PM), on the website, and their contact details are available on the committee page.
Once you've joined, get paddling! During the first few weeks of the first and second terms, sessions are run on the canal beside the clubhouse. The times of the sessions are available on Clubs' Day or on the website message board. You only need to go to one of these a week for five weeks to be eligible for weekends away and day trips... and you'll want to go!

How do I get to the Clubhouse? Leave the college heading for town until you reach the cathedral. Opposite the cathedral (on the same side as the college) are two lanes which lead down to the Europa Bicycle Hire centre. Go down the lane on the right and proceed until you see a green metal sliding door on your left saying "Corrib Canoe Courses". Once you have done this open the door and say hello YOU HAVE FOUND US!! If you have any problems get in contact with a committee member. |
